RAY-RTV (RTRAY RTV) Details

Ray-RTV is a fast cross linking bi-component liquid silicone rubber. It has high mechanical, thermal and elastic characteristics, as well as resistance to high temperatures. Non-toxic, safe and with no shelf life, Ray-RTV cross links quickly at room temperature, transforming into a rubber with high mechanical, thermal and elastic characteristics. For this reason it is suitable for the preparation of moulds for all types of application for the relief of profiles, for repair of damaged artefacts (relief print), including successive castings of materials at high temperature. The applications range from engineering items, elastic gaskets, glass sealing, rubber mats, extruded profiles, rubber gaskets, mould making, anti-corrosion protection, profile reliefs, etc Available in single dose bags, bottles, tanks and boxes, in standard 30 Shore A hardness for Black and 15 Shore A for Pink. Fast cross linking (less than 8 minutes at 30°C) and easily re-enterable.
