YOUR FIRST LINE OF DEFENSE AGAINST “DIESEL BUG” The MLS fuel filter removes water, ”DIESEL BUG” and solid particulates from even the dirtiest most contaminated fuel WITHOUT the need for a replaceable filter inside the unit. When the fuel enters the MLS unit the baffles in the system immediately induce a swirling action, which causes water, “DIESEL BUG” and solid contaminants to separate out of the fuel. The contaminates sink to the base of the unit where they are retained. The contaminants are simply drained and disposed of through the drain valve. An optional sensor can be supplied to indicate when system is full. The senor can be linked to the MLS communication systems so that drain requirements can be identified from any PC globally. The smaller sizes come with a connection set. The larger ones don’t as the fittings depend on the engines and will need to be tooled.
