FSM-1 Firecom Server Module

The FSM-1 is an aerosol based fire extinguisher for servers and large computers that will protect your data against fire risks. It is activated when the temperature within the housing reaches 88°C / 190.4°F. Tests conducted show that the aerosol does not damage your hardware and will not modify or damage stored data on data cartridges in anyway. The FSM-1 is compact and is suitable for all cabinets. It requires no maintenance and is easy to install.

• 1 x thermo sensitive cable linked to the mini console

 Instructions:

• Unscrew  battery lid and place 1 x 1.5v AA Lithium battery
• Replace top
• Remove protective film on the back of the mini console
• Place the FSM-1 within the server or computer leaving the cable free

 ATTENTION:

• Do not obstruct the holes
• Do not put the FSM-1 on main board, sound card, data card, etc.

 In case of fire:

• Do not open the housing  during the fire or extinguishing process
• Let the aerosol do its work
• When done open the housing, remove the spent FSM-1,clean the interior with a vacuum cleaner/cloth and place a new FSM-1

Warranty exclusions:

• Incorrect placing of FSM-1
• Use of other battery than advised
• The seller /manufacturer is in no way liable for any consequential damages arising from the use of the FSM-1
